VibeSafe Builder · AI app builder

Build apps by chatting.
Without the credit burn.

VibeSafe Builder is an AI app builder — describe an app in plain English and it writes a working one. The difference: other AI app builders bill you for their mistakes. This one shows every cost before you spend it, makes every change reversible, and scans every build before you publish.

For founders, indie hackers, and anyone building an app who wants control over cost, code, and security — not just speed. Prototypes, internal tools, MVPs, landing pages, small SaaS apps.

Public reports and user complaints about other AI app builders describe large shares of paid credits going to fixing the AI's own errors, and vibe-coded apps shipping with exposed databases and hardcoded keys. We built this app to end both.

Start simple. Grow into more when you need it.

Every app starts as one portable file with zero setup. When a request needs more — accounts, shared data, a real codebase — the builder grows into that instead of hitting a wall.

✅ Good for

  • Prototypes and MVPs to test an idea fast — download a single HTML file and it just works, no install, no build step
  • Internal tools, calculators, trackers, generators
  • Multi-user apps with shared or per-visitor data — ask for it and the builder switches to a real backend behind the scenes
  • Bigger builds — start a multi-file React project when a single page isn't enough, push it to a repository you own on GitHub, and deploy it to your own Vercel account when it's ready for the world

🚧 Not (yet) for

  • Payments, or business logic that has to run somewhere the user can never see the code
  • Custom server-side endpoints beyond the built-in data backend — no arbitrary server code, yet

Outgrow it? A single-file app is a plain file you can hand to a developer — no export step, no proprietary format. A React project is real, ordinary code in a repository you own. No lock-in either way.

Every feature answers a real complaint

We researched thousands of reviews of the big vibe-coding tools. Each thing users hate became a feature users get.

🧾
They charge for failures

Failures don't count

Failed generations are tracked separately from your build spend — the meter shows exactly what went into your app versus what the AI wasted.

💵
Surprise bills

Cost shown before you spend

A live estimate appears before every generation, with a hard spend cap.

↩️
Fix one, break ten

Every change is a diff

Roll back to any version with one click.

🔁
Doom loops

The AI admits when it's stuck

Two failed fixes in a row and it re-diagnoses from scratch.

🚀
Stuck in your browser

Publish & share

One click puts your app live at a shareable link — security-checked before it goes out.

🔒
Leaked databases & keys

Security scan on every build

Hardcoded keys, eval(), insecure requests, data exfiltration — checked on every generation using the same scanning engine as VibeSafe, pass/fail before you share.

📦
Lock-in

Your app is a file you own

Full code always visible. Download your app as a single portable HTML file and run it anywhere.

Pricing questions

Generation pauses until your next billing cycle — you're never silently charged more. Switch to your own API key in Settings to keep going immediately.
Most single-file app generations run $0.05–$0.20 depending on complexity, billed by Anthropic at their standard per-token rates. We add no markup on top.
Yes, any time in Settings — add a key or sign in to Managed, nothing about your project or version history changes.
You're never charged extra — the $15/month Managed fee is flat, and BYOK failures never count toward your session's build-spend meter or cap. One nuance on Managed: a failed attempt still draws from your $10/mo included usage, since that's real Anthropic cost we absorb either way — it just never counts against your visible "builds this month."
Yes — all 15 templates are free and cost zero tokens on either plan, no API key or card needed to start there.
Yes — start a multi-file React project instead of a single page, and the AI works across a real, multi-file codebase: components, hooks, and styles in separate files, only the files that need a change get touched.
Yes, for multi-file projects — connect your GitHub account and push to a repository you own with one click, as a real commit. It's ordinary code the moment it lands there, not something specific to this builder.
Yes — connect a project-scoped Vercel token and deploy a multi-file project directly to your own Vercel account, your own domain, your own bill. It builds from real source, the same as if you'd pushed it yourself.
Every generation is scanned for hardcoded credentials before you can publish. Deploying to your own Vercel account runs an additional Publish Security Check at the moment you make something public — a live credential blocks the change outright, with no way to override it.
